Designed to seamlessly fold into the unique style of the luxurious Biltmore Estates neighborhood, the launch of Biltmore Golf Club’s new golf shop marks the first milestone in a multi-phase project. The single-story building blends Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architecture with modern Southwest design, including many notable elements of the Biltmore Resort and community such as signature Biltmore blocks and distinctive patina-copper fascia.

The modern and comfortable interior feels bright and vibrant, with sunshine lighting up colorful merchandise displays through large windows overlooking magnificent views of the Adobe Golf Course and the Phoenix skyline below.

“The beautiful new golf shop and its ancillary facilities are an exciting first step in our journey to build a better Biltmore Golf Club,” said JDM Partners Principal Jerry Colangelo. “We’ve assembled an all-Arizona-based team of professionals to accomplish this multi-phase project, including architects, designers, engineers, contractors and merchandisers. We thank our friends and neighbors for their passion and patience as we continue to improve the facilities and courses to ensure they are preserved for future generations.”

Phase 2 kicked off in March 2023, and it will include a new clubhouse and restaurant. Plus, work is underway to renovate the Adobe Golf Course. Led by the Lehman Design Group and Scottsdale resident Tom Lehman, improvements will infuse modern golf course design and water conservation technology.

When the clubhouse project is completed next year, the incredible facilities will be consistent with recent investments in the Arizona Biltmore Hotel and Wrigley Mansion, putting Arizona Biltmore Golf Club on-par with these world-class facilities.
