Building upon the longtime popularity of its historic namesake, the completely new Adobe Bar & Grille launched in 2024 from the spectacular new clubhouse overlooking the Estates Course and Phoenix skyline below. It features a unique blend of fine dining along with traditional favorites enhanced by Arizona’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The light and airy dining room glass doors open to patios wrapping around the venue where firepits and water features add to the delightful, intimate setting for sharing stories, meeting friends and creating fond memories. Numerous oversized TV screens provide a wide variety of all-day sports entertainment.

The Adobe Bar & Grille serves breakfast, lunch, and bar menu service seven days a week, while summer dinner service runs Wednesday through Saturday. Regular patrons welcome the return of popular favorites such as the pancakes, Reuben sandwich and Adobe burger all making the cut on the new menu. The dinner menu includes a mix of modern American items such as steak with crispy frites, grilled Atlantic salmon, the Wagyu burger and Osso Bucco braised pork shank.

Providing many appealing seating options – warm sunshine or cool shade – The Patio lifts Arizona’s golf lifestyle to another level. It’s equipped with misting systems, heaters, water features and firepits that allow the seating areas to change with the seasons for the ultimate hangout no matter the time of year.

Much more than the best new place to dine al fresco while overlooking the city lights, The Patio welcomes guests to slow down, stay longer, and truly relax to connect with family and friends.

THE PANTRY

A stylish grab-and-go market, The Pantry offers tasty breakfast and lunch items as well as after-dinner ice cream treats, bottles of wine, and a host of other delicious on-the-run snacks anytime of the day. It’s a great place to meet friends prior to golf to enjoy fresh coffee, pastries, sandwiches or other light fare before hitting the practice area or the first tee.

Golfers, members, guests, and nearby neighbors will also find The Pantry to be a great place to relax and catch up on emails while sipping a latte as well as a welcome pit stop for the morning walk, stroll, bike or hike.

LEGACY ROOM

This warm private dining and meeting room is reminiscent of an estate-style study where family, friends, and business colleagues meet to lift their glasses in celebration. Historic photographs of presidents, movie stars and sports celebrities who played golf here adorn the walls, while the marble fireplace and unique copper-tiled ceiling add touches of Biltmore-style heritage and luxury to this memorable and vibrant special event space.

PIANO BAR

The Adobe Bar & Grille offers treats for all the senses with the piano bar delightfully providing music to the ears. In the background or as the focus of the fun, the Piano Bar features everything from classical pieces and calming melodies to upbeat jazz and pop covers you will recognize for everyone to enjoy.

You can listen to one of our featured pianists throughout the summer on Friday and Saturday from 6pm – 9pm.

THE SIMULATOR

The state-of-the-art golf simulator allows guests to keep swinging long after the last putt dropped. It’s a great place to catch tour golf on any of the nearby big screens in the Adobe Bar & Grille, and then steps away you can engage in a friendly competition over drinks and appetizers or simply work on your own game in The Simulator.
