You Have Questions - We Have Answers

Every golf course has a different set of guidelines to help guests enjoy their time while playing. Arizona Biltmore Golf Club has been around since 1928, so you can imagine there’s hardly a question asked that we haven’t had to answer. To assist you before you arrive at the golf club, we’ve outlined the most relevant General Questions, Tee Time Questions and those that relate specifically to our two golf courses.

Of course, if you have other questions or need additional information, you can ask anyone in the Golf Shop when you check in for your tee time. We hope you enjoy your time with us at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club.

Tee Time Questions

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD WITH MY TEE TIME RESERVATION?

We do require a credit card for all reservations due to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your tee time, call the Golf Shop directly at (602) 955-9656 at least 24 hours in advance and your card will not be charged.

DO I NEED A TEE TIME OR CAN I JUST WALK UP?

We do our best to accommodate walk-up golfers. Even on the busiest of days, occasionally a golfer doesn’t show up for a tee time. If you are golfing as a single or as part of a twosome, you stand the best chance to play. However, to be safe, we recommend reserving a tee time online or call calling us at 602-955-9655, even if it is just a few hours before you plan to walk up.

WHAT IF I CANCEL MY TEE TIME OR REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS?

If you have to cancel your tee time or reduce the number of players please call the golf shop directly at 602-955-9796 and we will be happy to assist you with your changes as long as it is within the cancellation policy.

WHY IS THERE NOT A TEE TIME AVAILABLE ON THE COURSE?

At the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, many days are quite busy on our golf courses, so we recommend you reserve your tee time as far in advance as possible. Your tee time request may not be available due to a group golf event reserved that day or because of routine course maintenance needed to keep the Estates and Links courses in excellent condition.

WHAT IF I'M LATE FOR MY TEE TIME?

If you are late for your tee time we will do our best to squeeze you in as soon as possible. This usually is a realistic possibility and just requires some patience and understanding from your group.
