Welcome to Our Clubhouse

Our event ballroom is located in the stunning new clubhouse at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. We designed the venue to be easily configured to host weddings and receptions, charity & corporate events, and other special occasions. With full seating of up to 300 guests, or split into two separate 150-guest venues, the Ballroom provides an elegant location for any of life’s biggest moments.

We also have more intimate venues for groups of 4-25 guests. The Legacy Room, and The Balcony will appeal to guests with smaller events in mind. The Legacy Room contains elegant seating, a fireplace and historical artifacts as old as our 100-year history. The Balcony’s second floor location offers sweeping views of the Estates Course, the mountains and cityscapes for wonderful, seasonal Arizona outdoor events. With access to food & beverage service, these venues will be perfect for smaller celebrations or business gatherings.

With full-capacity seating for 300 guests, or the use of a single ballroom with up to 150 guests, our new clubhouse facility will be an ideal choice to help make this day even more special.

The ballroom is configurable for more than just weddings and wedding receptions. We can create virtually any ballroom layout to celebrate many types of events.
