Adobe Bar & Grille at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Named Top New F&B Facility – Public/Resort by Golf, Inc.

The Arizona Biltmore Golf Club and its Adobe Bar & Grille have been awarded a 2025 Golden Fork Award by Golf Inc., placing first in the New F&B Facility – Public/Resort category in the publication’s 10th annual Golden Fork competition which recognizes golf venues that have introduced dining outlets and are leading the way in golf course dining.

In the just released March/April issue, Golf Inc., the world’s only magazine for golf course developers, owners and management company executives, recognized a total of 12 golf club venues with annual Golden Fork Awards. Golden Fork judging was based on concept and planning, aesthetics and appearance, and financial impact.

The natural palette of materials on the interior speaks to the Southwest setting wonderfully, with the natural stone and wood creating a warm and casual setting,

The Arizona Biltmore Golf Club’s 19,400-sq.-ft. clubhouse was unveiled to the public in May 2024 with the Adobe Bar & Grille serving as its restaurant hospitality centerpiece. Since opening, the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club’s overall F&B revenues have increased nearly 410 percent with the new clubhouse quickly becoming a go-to dining and place-to-unwind destination. In addition to The Adobe, the magnificent building is home to a grab-and-go market known as The Pantry, the No. 37 Lounge with a state-of-the-art golf simulator, The Legacy Room for private dining, as well as 6,000 sq. ft. of event space in The Ballroom. The Adobe Bar & Grille features a beautiful dining room, a center bar, and communal tables for gathering with friends and family. Large doors open to an expansive patio equipped with misting systems, heaters and firepits that allow the space to adapt with the seasons.

Designed as a luxurious estate conversant with its immediate neighbors by Douglas Fredrikson, AIA, and Alexandra Lemos of Phoenix-based Douglas Fredrikson Architects, the clubhouse overlooks the Club’s Estates Golf Course and has beautiful views of the downtown Phoenix skyline. The clubhouse interior was designed by Vallone Design, while Sundt Construction built the structure.

JDM Partners, owners of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club and Adobe Bar & Grille, spent years consulting with neighbors, community stakeholders, the City of Phoenix and industry experts before moving forward with the reimagined clubhouse. In 2022, JDM made the unprecedented investment to improve the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club’s clubhouse facilities and golf courses to ensure they are preserved for the community and future generations to enjoy for another 100-plus years.
