News for Members and Guests
All of us at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club appreciate the patience of our Members and thousands of guests as we move much closer to completion of our golf club renovation project. The opening of the Golf Shop has been well-received. As some of our frequent guests know, that’s only one-third of our renovation project. The new Clubhouse, designed by Phoenix-based Douglas Fredrikson Architects, remains on pace for a 2024 grand opening which will include moving the Adobe Restaurant into the clubhouse from its current location. With the new clubhouse comes more outdoor seating areas, fire pits, extraordinary views and a relaxed, informal vibe that will make it a place for you to entertain family, friends and colleagues.
If you’ve visited the golf club over the last six months, you’ve seen the Adobe Course going through its own renovation. It has progressed well even with over 50 days of 110 degree temperatures this summer. We’re so excited to now see grass grow-in, white sand bunkers, and undulations, mounding and more hole-defining trees and landscaping. You’ll be pleased to know we are on track to reopen the new golf course in fall 2023.
Along with that news, today we’re announcing the rebranding of the Adobe Course to the Estates Course. While the historical significance of the Adobe Course has never been in doubt, it’s also clear that the course’s redesign under Tom Lehman’s creative touch will be something very special for players at all levels. We felt that a name change would best reflect just how different the Estates Course will be from its 95-year-old predecessor, and how it fits in the surrounding Biltmore neighborhood.

With the Golf Shop open for business, the Adobe Restaurant still serving guests and the Links Course available for tee times every day, please visit with us and stay awhile. This will be a brand new experience for those who’ve visited with us before.
The Estates Course, the Links Course, the beautiful Golf Shop and the striking Clubhouse will be a place you’ll want to visit.
