Arizona’s newest golf course, the Estates Course at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club (formerly the Adobe Course), is now open for play to our Members and the general public. Named after the iconic Biltmore neighborhood which surrounds the property, the Estates Course sits on the original site of the Adobe Course. However, that’s where the similarities end.
Designed by the Lehman Design Group and Scottsdale resident and five-time PGA TOUR champion Tom Lehman, the all-new Estates Course features beautifully contoured fairways, new tee boxes, improved green complexes, and features the addition of white sand bunkers throughout. Crews have also planted over 400 new trees to add more visual appeal while helping better define fairways and playing corridors.
The Estates Course has undergone increases in distance and new slope/rating with hole layout and routing very different from its predecessor. The up-to-date course information is now available on the redesigned Estates Course scorecard. Please click the button below to download/print the scorecard.
