Since 1928, the Adobe Bar & Grille has solidified its status as an Arizona icon, keeping prominent actors, musicians, presidents and other public figures coming back to dine, drink, and celebrate time and time again.

With a nod to the vintage, the restaurant has been refreshed for a new era and today’s pace – the perfect place to dine, play and celebrate life’s greatest moments. Neighbor to the iconic Arizona Biltmore Hotel and anchored by Arizona Biltmore Golf Club’s renovated Clubhouse, Adobe Bar & Grille is a timeless restaurant and cocktail bar serving up classic Clubhouse favorites with a chef-driven twist, alongside extraordinary views of its two idyllic golf courses.

In 2024, Adobe Bar & Grille owners JDM Partners re-opened Adobe Bar & Grille following a 20-month renovation of Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, which included a complete redesign of The Estates Course (formerly the Adobe Course), a spectacular new Clubhouse, Golf Shop, and the addition of an event ballroom for weddings and other memorable events. The storied icon’s modern transformation was the realization of a new vision that embraces its illustrious history while looking ahead to a bright, new future.
